The day after Christmas, Travis shot a huge mountain lion. I think it measured 6 ft, 11 inches, weighing about 150 lbs. He tracked in and killed it in the mountains behind our house. It took me about 10 minutes to drive from my house to where he was. Kind of scary that these giant cats live so close, yet we never see them.
Cassidi and Clanci were fasinated with the mountain lion and wanted to pet it. They thought Dad was pretty cool.
