Cassidi turned five amid the chaos of boxes and moving trucks. We celebrated her birthday and then moved to Star Valley Wyoming the next week.
Mom attempted to make a Rapunzel Tower Cake. It was a fiasco. The darn tower kept tipping over. Thankfully when you are five, everything princess is exciting and so, Cassidi was as happy as could be with her crumbling tower.
Cassidi invited all her cousin's and even one friend. I bet you wouldn't guess which one is the friend. They made Rapunzel Hair out of yellow yarn and decorated it with fake jewels. It was a hit. The girls loved it. I know I will be very sad when the day comes that my very simplistic ideas of fun are not going to cut it. In the meantime, I'll just enjoy.
